In response to the enquiry a qualified member of our team conducted an initial investigation and roof survey at the property to fully understand the issues and requirements.
As part of our survey we carried out core sampling to assess the condition of the existing roof. This involved a small section of the roof being cut out and removed, allowing us to inspect the layers beneath the surface. This helped us to identify areas of damage or weakness in the roof, as well as determine whether the roof is suitable for certain types of repairs or replacements.
Following the survey and sampling works, the client opted for a new IKO Felt overlay system.

The roof was completed in a four week period and handed over in March 2023.

Remove any loose / defective roof coverings at isolated areas throughout roof.
Clean down and prepare existing coverings.
Supply and apply IKO pro quick dry primer to roof surface.
Supply and install new IKO GRP perimeter roof trims.
Supply and torch apply one layer of IKO Ultra underlay.
Supply and torch apply Ultra Gold black cap sheet.
Supply and install stainless steel refurb outlets complete with universal leaf guards.
All works including scaffolding and edge protection were carried out in line with health and safety legislation.
